To enroll in our course, you must be at least 11 years or older.  You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health.  No prior experience with scuba diving is required.  

 

Our Open Diver course consists of three main parts:

 

 *  Academics - Knowledge Development, provides an understanding of the basic principles  of scuba diving,  this portion is done all on line

*  Confined Water Dives in pool, provides scuba skills from gear assembly through 5 dives in pool training

​

*  Open Water Dives where you demonstrate skills back to instructor and explore the glory of our  underwater world for the first time
